1. How Pre-Orders Work
Bellechasse is currently in pre-launch. When you place a pre-order:
- Your payment card is saved securely but not charged at the time of your order
- You will only be charged when your order is ready to ship
- Before we charge your card, we will notify you by email with the expected charge date
- You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment at no cost by emailing hello@withbellechasse.com
2. Shipping
Where we ship
Our first production run ships to the United States. International shipping (EU, UK, Australia) is planned for future production runs.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We aim to keep shipping rates fair and transparent.
Delivery timeline
As a pre-launch product, exact delivery timelines depend on our production schedule. Fondatrices (our founding 1,000 members) ship first, before general availability. We will notify you by email as your shipment date approaches.
3. Returns & Refunds
Money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first order, we will refund you in full — no questions asked. To claim this guarantee, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@withbellechasse.com. This applies to your first order only.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@withbellechasse.com and we will make it right — either by replacing your order or issuing a full refund. Reporting promptly helps us resolve the issue faster, but your statutory rights are not affected by any time limit.
Pre-order cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your card is charged, at no cost. Simply email us and we will cancel your order immediately.
